| During the design process we listen to
you. That way, we can guarantee that the
final design will deliver the functionality
your want, produce a visually exciting result,
enhance flow through your home, and ensure
growth in the resale value of your home. |

| In the final stage of the design process, you
will have a very clear picture of how your home
will look, what materials will be used and how
much it will cost. No surprises! No hidden costs! |

| When the Design component is completed, Hille's
Home Extensions moves into the Construct phase.
Your extension becomes the focus of the HHE building
team. You are assigned a Supervisor who will oversee
your project through to completion. They will
serve as your point of contact through the Construct
phase, and have regular communication with your
designer. |

| HHE seeks all council approvals on your behalf.
When the "all clear" is given, work
will begin on your home. |
|
| Skilled planning is undertaken by
your supervisor to ensure that your project keeps
moving toward completion at an optimal rate. Priorities
are given where essential wet areas are deemed
"out of action" by the works. |

| If you have any concerns along the
way, you have full access to all HHE specialists,
right up to the Managing Director, Craig Hille. |
|
HHE assures attention to detail
in every project we undertake. From the first
meeting in your home with a designer, right through
to the final touches by the painter, we understand
that you have to live with our work. A guarantee
of complete satisfaction is the least we can do.
All Hille's Home Extensions projects have a 10
year guarantee. If something isn't right, we'll
be over to attend to it in a timely, courteous
